99% of problems can be solved by contacting us. We request that you reach out to us using our Contact Us page. Our Customer Service Department will get back to you within 1-12 hours (usually less than 12 hours) with a review of your concern and a solution.
Our policy is valid for a period of 7 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason you can ask for a refund. If the period of 7 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.

You can exercise the warranty when using the service of mid-man.com.
Warranty process: Customers will contact our warranty and support centers when needing warranty and service support. Our customer service staff will advise and support customers on the warranty and service support process. Upon receiving the warranty information of the service requested by the customer, mid-man.com’s technical department will assist in troubleshooting the customer within 24 hours via phone, email, or direct support via Teamviewer.
We will take the following steps to check the quality of the service and issue a warranty or refund at your request.
We will refund the customer according to the form of customer payment.
If the customer pays via wire transfer, we will refund the payment according to the paid account in the amount that the customer purchased the service;
If the customer pays at the company, ask the customer to come to the company to receive the money-back (The support staff will contact the customer to make an appointment).
2. Warranty/Return cases
All services purchased from mid-man.com will be warranted and supported depending on the type of service used, but the warranty period has different long and short term.
For products/services that need warranty/support, customers will directly contact us to receive the best support.
We only do not accept warranty and support in cases such as: Natural disasters, enemy sabotage obstructs or destroys or blocks or stops the connection to the customer’s data center, or power failure on a large scale.
Measures, Mechanisms, and Procedures for Dispute Resolution and Complaints
The Member agrees and abides that when the Member is provided with an account by mid-man.com to use part or all of the mid-man.com product, any dispute arising in the course of the use of a Member shall be settled in accordance with the applicable laws of the Vietnam.
Any claim arising during the payment and use of mid-man.com must be sent to mid-man.com support immediately after the event giving rise to the lawsuit. mid-man.com will be the mediator to resolve disputes between Members. mid-man.com will base on each specific case to have a suitable solution. When exercising the right to complain, the complainant must provide papers, evidence, and grounds related to the complaint and take responsibility for the complaint contents, articles, pieces of evidence, and grounds.
The complaint settlement process posted on the mid-man.com product website only supports and resolves your complaints and denunciations in case you have entirely, honestly, and accurately recorded information when posting.
For disputes between members mid-man.com or between members and mid-man.com, we will base on the system log to resolve. Accordingly, mid-man.com will protect the User’s interests as much as possible to register the information following regulations fully.
The Member agrees to defend, indemnify and exclude mid-man.com from all legal obligations, proceedings, losses, and expenses, including but not limited to court fees, attorneys’ fees, and consultants’ fees. Related to the settlement or arising from the Member’s violation in the service process.

Dispute and complaint settlement process
– Step 1: Receipt: Receive the Member’s complaint settlement request (referred to as the “complainant”), and check the complaint information to accept or refuse.
– Step 2: Complaint handling: Collecting information, images, and evidence from relevant parties.
– Step 3: Completing the complaint: Confirming the results, providing handling methods for each violation, and closing the complaint.
